The material is nice, thick, and comfortable. Gives a nice silhouette that shows off the curves. I wouldn't say it reminds me of a corset; it does have structure, but it's not overly stiff. Great for an everyday workout item.Color is a dark grey. It's very neutral and goes with everything. The zipper is smooth and of good quality. Easy to get on and off.Fit: Runs snug. I got it in my normal size, and I'm happy with it, but if you want a loose fit, size up. It does run tight.

Okay, yes, this is a pretty pricey athletic jacket. However, it really is an amazing one. I've gotten and kept nearly everything I've gotten from this brand, this being no exception.I absolutely LOVE the style of this jacket. The "corset" cut of it is so flattering and very feminine. I wasn't sure about the fit at first, because it looks rather loose in a lot of the photos on the model. I usually prefer form-fitting but honestly, the active jackets I have now are too tight and although they're cute, they're just not comfortable for long periods of time due to the tightness. At the end of the day, style is not always worth sacrificing comfort - ESPECIALLY not in active wear. Anyway, that's why I decided to try this because I was hoping the style would make up for the "looseness."However, in person, it's not nearly as loose as it appears online. It's a good amount of looseness that makes it comfortable and flexible while still looking feminine and fashionable - not skin tight and doesn't appear too "showy." Everyone has a different body type, so I can't say how it will fit on everyone, but if you want a more tapered yet still comfortable fit/look, I'd get your normal size. I am a similar size to the model and I feel like they sized up on her. I personally loved how it fit me with my normal size (size S). It was just slightly tighter than it fit the model and it gave it a bit more shape.I also love the thumb holes. This is another feature that can be hit or miss with a lot of active wear. The thumb holes are often too tight and cut off my circulation but not so much with this. Yes, at some point it eventually gets uncomfortable, but it takes much longer for me to get to that point wearing this.And last but not least, the build and material is such high quality. I also love that their brand is stitched on instead of printed. When something is printed on, it eventually peels off the more you wash it. I don't know, I just always think something looks and feels so much higher quality with things (like the logo) stitched on. Other than just the logo, the entire piece is stitched well and feels sturdy yet flexible as well.In my opinion, this is overall a wonderful blend of comfort, style, femininity, and quality. If you are able and willing to spend on it, then it is well worth it.
